Brownsville, Texas Broadband
Brownsville is considered one of the most historic cities in the country with the first two battles of the Mexican-American War being fought in the area as well as the last battle of the Civil War – a full month after General Robert E. Lee surrendered his troops in Virginia. The downtown core commemorates the rich history of the city with many of the original buildings housing museums and shops. Built in 1845, the City Hall was remaining the oldest operating City Hall in Texas.
