DSL Availability is based on how far your DSL service location is from the CO (Central Office). If your DSL service location is further than 15,000 feet from the CO, you will not qualify for an ADSL or SDSL connection. If you have fiber or loop-coil on your phone line, you will not qualify for DSL If you are using a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier), you will not qualify for DSL.
